冰载荷和纵倾角对螺旋桨强度的影响

Effect of ice-load and trim angle on the strength of propeller

  • 摘要:
      目的  在冰区航行对船舶螺旋桨强度的要求很高,因此对不同情况下螺旋桨的强度进行研究十分重要。
      方法  基于有限元方法,以Workbench为工具,计算在冰区运行的不同纵倾角螺旋桨不同工况下的应力、应变,并在计算前开展网格收敛性研究。
      结果  由分析计算结果可知:冰级越低,螺旋桨桨叶受到的冰载荷就越小,应力、应变也越小;部分工况下螺旋桨的应力、应变变化十分类似;较大的纵倾角对螺旋桨桨叶的应力、应变影响较大。
      结论  计算结果可为冰区船舶螺旋桨的强度设计提供参考。

     

    Abstract:
      Objectives  Propeller strength is of vital significance for ships sailing in icy regions, so research into the reaction of propellers under different operating conditions is necessary.
      Methods  Based on the Finite Element Method(FEM)this paper uses Workbench to calculate the stress and strain of propellers with different trim angles in different operating conditions, developing grid convergence research before calculation.
      Results  As a result, the stress and strain value reduces along with the PC; the influence on the stress and strain of the propeller is quite similar in some cases; and larger trim angles have significant influence on the stress and strain of the propeller.
      Conclusions  This paper can provide references for propeller strength design.
