Abstract:
Objectives The real ship test finds out that the shock input to the ship equipment is related to the characteristics of equipment as well as the installation position of ship. In order to make the division and evaluation of the domestic ship equipment shock environment more reasonable, it is necessary to research the the ship shock environment zone division technology.
Methods A new method of division of shock environment zone was proposed based on the Ward cluster analysis method, which is used to analyze the simulation and experimental results of a certain type of ship, and the zone division methods by this method and the BV standard were analyzed and compared by normal distribution function and Russell error factor method.
Results The results show that, compared with the BV standard method, the new method has smaller dispersion and smaller error in the whole frequency band.
Conclusions The method proposed in this research has important reference significance for the establishment of anti-shock standards for ship equipment.
