基于二维布置图的三维舱室自动建模技术

New 3D cabin layout data collection method based on 2D graphic analysis

      目的  为了实现舰船总体设计的布置图建模,采用图形分析技术实现舱室布置数据的自动采集。
      方法  针对图纸存在的固有缺陷,提出完备的舱室边界识别算法,实现舱室边界信息的准确获取;采用舱室、点的流水号等技术实现舱室属性和舱室边界之间的高效匹配;运用分级布尔运算技术实现三维舱室的高效自动建模。
      结果  该方法能够实现布置信息的自动收集和分析,简化总体设计中舱室三维建模和舱室数据的统计分析,并减少不沉性计算原始数据整理等工作的工作量,为总体设计等提供一种可信、可行的技术手段,可提高设计效率和速度,解决基于二维布置图的三维舱室自动建模问题。
      结论  信息收集软件的开发及测试验证了所提方法的可行性和良好应用效果。

     

    Abstract:
      Objectives  In order to realize the automatic collection of general ship layout data, a new 3D data collection method based on 2D graphic analysis is proposed.
      Methods  In light of the inherent defects of drawings, a complete cabin boundary recognition algorithm is developed to achieve accurate cabin boundary information. Efficient matching between cabin attributes and cabin boundaries is realized using cabin and point serial numbers, and cabin 3D automatic modeling is realized through hierarchical Boolean operation technology.
      Results  This reliable and feasible method reduces the general layout work of 3D cabin modeling, data analysis and unsinkability raw data consolidation, as well as improving design efficiency.
      Conclusions  The above technology allows automatic modeling from a 2D layout to a 3D cabin. The development and testing of the relevant layout information collection software is carried out, and the test results verify the feasibility and applicability of the proposed data collection method.
