Abstract:
As increase in the tonnage of ship and manufacturing cost, the safety and integrity of ship during launching have been paid much attention by the shipbuilding community. In present paper, a mathematical model of optimal weight allocation of ship end launching is put forward, and the optimal weight allocation program is developed based on MATLAB. Adjustable loads at adjustable places are optimized using the proposed method to maximize launching weight for safe launching. Therefore, launching integrity is improved and the period of shipbuilding is shortened.
