船舶结构振动响应灵敏度分析

Sensitivity Analysis for the Structural Vibration Response of Ships

  • 摘要: 双层隔振系统已经大量地应用在舰船动力装置的减振降噪技术中,介绍了一种结构振动响应对双层隔振系统主要设计参数的灵敏度分析方法。首先利用有限元法分析在双层隔振系统设计状态下船舶结构的外表面振动速度响应,然后利用导出的灵敏度方程计算外表面振动速度响应对双层隔振系统设计变量的灵敏度,计算的灵敏度系数反映了设计参数的微小改变对其振动速度的影响,从而为结构的优化设计和模型修正提供理论基础,并为双层隔振系统的设计提供了有用的信息。

     

    Abstract: The double-stage isolator system has been used for vibration isolation and noise reduction in ship power plant for many years. In this paper, the sensitivity analysis method of structural vibration response with respect to design parameters of the double-stage isolator system is proposed. First, by using finite element method, the vibration velocity responses of hull's exterior surface are analyzed. Then, the sensitivity between velocity responses and design parameters of double-stage isolator system can be calculated based on the deduced structural sensitivity equations. The calculated sensitivity coefficients show the influence of the small change of design parameters on the vibration velocity. It can provide a theory foundation for optimum design and model modification of structure. The sensitivity analysis of structural vibration response shows that much valuable information can be obtained for the design of double-stage isolator system.
