Calculation Simulation for Ship Spare Parts Multi-level Stores MLDT and Integration Evaluation Model for Determining Spare Parts Variety

  • 摘要: 侧重于解决舰船多级库存备件计算的两个问题:其一,为解决多级库存的备件保障率(P)和平均保障延误时间(MLDT)递推和递归计算问题,编制基于图形界面的仿真计算程序,为装备供应机构提供一个方便且实用的计算工具;其二,提出基于多种影响因素的备件品种综合评价模型,解决指定供应级别中满足给定保障率的库存备件品种的定量计算问题。

     

    Abstract: The paper emphasizes particularly on the two problems of solving ship Multi-level stores spare parts calculation : ( 1 ) In order to resolve calculation problems for recurrence and recursion of muhi-level stocks P (probability of spares sufficiency) and MLDT(Mean Logistics Delay Time), compile the simulation algorithm procedure based on graphical interfaces, and provide a convenient and practical calculation tool for the equ uipment supplier; (2) Put forward the stores variety integration estimation model based on many sorts of influence factors, and resolve the fixed quantity calculation problem which is suitable for the store spare par rts variety of certain probability of sufficiency in the given supply levels.
