电磁溢流共轨压力控制阀数学模型分析

Mathematic Model Analysis of Electromagnetic Relief Valve for Common Rail System

  • 摘要: 在柴油机电控技术中,共轨压力的稳定对整个系统的性能具有重要影响,是决定喷油量和喷油速率的重要因素之一。控制柴油机高压喷油系统共轨压力的稳定性,采用压力溢流控制方法是一种有效途径。根据电磁阀内在特点将其划分为电路子系统、磁路子系统、机械子系统、液压子系统和热力子系统,分别建立这5个子系统的数学模型,并进行分析和仿真。研究电磁阀工作过程中对其性能影响的主要因素,仿真结果表明:所建立的数学模型正确,可用于共轨电磁压力溢流阀的优化设计。

     

    Abstract: In the diesel engine electric control system,the stability of common rail pressure,which is one of important factors of deciding oil injection quantity and rate,exerts great influence on the whole system.The pressure overflow control method is an effective way in the high pressure oil injection system to stabilize the common rail pressure.The mathematic model of electromagnetic pressure overflow valve was established by dividing t he models into five subsystems according to its internal features,i.e.the circuit subsystem,the magnetic circuit subsystem,the mechanical subsystem,the hydraulic subsystem and thermal subsystem.The analysis and simulation of the model comprehensively consider the major factors in the working process of electromagnetic valve,which provide a good basis for the optimization design of the common rail electromagnetic pressure overflow valve.
