根据国内各舰船规范对舰船甲板室设置伸缩接头的有关规定,回顾并揭示了早期舰船甲板室设置伸缩接头的原因及后来在中速艇上的使用情况。在现有中速艇甲板室结构设计实践和大量实艇使用情况的基础上,运用ANSYS整船计算技术,对某快速巡逻艇实船总纵强度计算结果进行了理论分析。通过分析,在中速艇的主船体采用钢质结构,上层建筑或甲板室用铝质结构的情况下,当总纵弯曲发生时,其铝合金甲板室的总纵弯曲应力远小于钢质主船体的最大总纵弯曲应力,因此,可证明铝合金上层建筑或甲板室的总纵强度一般是没有问题的,可以不设置伸缩接头。
