噪声振动测试往往需要大量的传感器,但早期的进口传感器和迄今为止国内生产的传感器都未能实现自动识别。应用这些传感器,采集系统的通道灵敏度系数需要手工设定。通过应用条形码技术读取传感器的序列号和灵敏度系数并保存到MSWord文档,在PULSE系统提供的组件对象模型以及COM技术、Automa—tion技术的基础上,以Visual C^++设计应用软件,进行PULSE系统软件与微软的Office程序Word之间的数据交换,很好地实现了采集系统通道灵敏度系数的设定,缩短了操作时间,也节省了购买TEDS传感器的经费。
