  • This paper at first estimates the state of all target physical properties by collecting, correcting and comparing the revised target physical property with the standard information, then introduces how to monitor the state of the ships and predict it based on the records stored in the Database. Finally the framework of the monitoring system is proposed, and the system development is described.
