Energy Loss During Ship-Ship Collisions in the Sanxia Reservoir
In this paper, the external dynamics of ship collisions was used to calculate the energy loss when two 2000 t chemical ships collided with different speeds, at different impact angles and in different locations. Then the finite element software LS_DYNA was used to simulate the collision of the two ships in the case of maximum energy loss.
