船用通风机的性能、噪声和振动是衡量风机好坏的重要指标。性能关系到通风效果,噪声和振动关系到船员身体健康、工作效率和安全性。本文首先对船用通风机从进口到出口进行了整体模拟,并在此基础上对叶轮和蜗壳进行了优化设计,使之合理匹配,从而提高风机性能,并从源头上降低空气动力噪声。实验结果表明,与原型机相比,改进之后的风机在设计工况处噪声值降了5dB。同时,本文还通过减小叶轮的偏心距来进行减振研究,使通风机组的结构噪声比原型机下降2dB。
