Shock Test and Simulation of Distribution Box

Shock test is an important method to anti-shock characteristic study of shipboard equipment.A distribution box set with vibration isolator was subjected to shock loading under electrified condition.Its acceleration response was measured and the data as the basis of simulation was processed.The acceleration response of distribution box under practical shock condition was calculated with finite element analysis software ANSYS.The simulation results were compared with shock test and the differences between both were analyzed.The anti-shock regulation of distribution box was also summarized at last.And the simulation method is proved right.
