Abstract
为充分发挥FMECA(故障模式、影响及危害性分析)的作用,使其既能为装备设计、改进提供有效的建议,又能为装备RCMA(以可靠性为中心的维修分析)、MTA(维修工作分析)提供输入信息,对传统的FMECA方法进行改进,增加维修方式的分析,利用RPN(风险优先数)方法的计算结果给出初步的补偿措施,实现对FME-CA结果的重复利用。在应用案例中量化了故障发生度和危害度的评分标准,并引入EAGLE软件作为开展FMECA工作的平台,以便工程人员操作。工程实践表明,该方法推动了FMECA技术的深深入应用,为实现舰船装备RMS一体化设计奠定了基础。
