船舶水润滑推力轴承以水代油作为润滑介质,有助于提高轴承机械效率、减少滑油污染。在水润滑推力轴承试验台上,开展ACM高分子材料推力轴承性能试验研究,探讨在不同试验工况下推力瓦端面摩擦系数、温度、水膜压力随轴承载荷、轴转速的变化趋势。研究表明:ACM推力瓦的摩擦系数为0.01~0.18,单位时间磨损量为0.383 μm/h;最高温度为42 ℃,出现在靠近推力瓦外径和出水边的位置;最大水膜压力为1.6 MPa,且水膜压力随轴转速的升高而下降,随轴向载荷的增加而升高。
