为了改善蒸汽发生器水位控制的控制效果,根据模糊控制的基本原理,设计了蒸汽发生器的模糊自适应PID水位控制器,该控制器的模糊推理系统能够根据水位误差与误差变化率对PID参数进行在线整定。借助Matlab/Simulink仿真平台,建立蒸汽发生器的仿真模型,对模糊自适应PID水位控制进行试验验证,计算工况为蒸汽负荷阶跃下降30%。结果表明,与常规PID控制相比,模糊自适应PID控制的超调量减小了约35%,调节时间缩短了约50%,提高了水位控制系统的控制品质。
