长桥楼上层建筑型式在现代舰船设计中越来越常见,其第1层上层建筑甚至第2层上层建筑均参与了船体总纵弯曲,由此带来结构设计难题。首先,针对水面舰船长桥楼上层建筑结构设计进行探讨,并采用钢和铝合金等不同材质进行相应结构设计。随后,计算长桥楼结构性能,并分析设置伸缩式弹性接头的可行性和必要性。最后,对比钢质长桥楼与铝合金长桥楼参与船体总纵弯曲的有效程度,并通过计算数据分析提出上层建筑结构设计建议。结果显示,所提建议能够满足上层建筑设计要求。
