针对降低双层壳船舶动力舱辐射噪声的需求,对动力舱进行结构声学设计优化。基于结构阻抗增强原理,通过升高肋骨腹板和增加质量抗来增大双层壳结构低阶机械阻抗,并根据壳体优势模态对肋骨尺寸进行优化;为衰减振动波在壳间的传递,引入复合阻波技术,采用阻振质量与粘弹性材料相结合的方法对壳间肋板进行设计;利用FEM/BEM法对动力舱设计前、后振动声辐射性能进行数值计算分析,并开展双层壳模型振动试验。结果表明:应用非均匀阻抗增强环肋和复合阻波技术能有效降低双层壳体船舶动力舱的振动水平和辐射噪声;设计的动力舱具有良好的减振降噪效果,振动水平明显降低,辐射噪声有效减小,是一个性能较好的弱辐射体。
